Purchases and Payments

If there are any changes to your order or if your order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you using the contact details provided to us at checkout. Unfulfilled or cancelled orders may result in cancellation fees, depending on the point in the fulfillment process that the issue occurs.

Cancellation and Refunds
We offer full refunds on unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds on opened products unless they are damaged or defective.
Orders cancelled before fulfillment may incur cancellation fees. We are unable to offer refunds on cancelled orders where fulfilment has already commenced.
Shipping and Delivery
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated delivery window and quote any shipping costs. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and shipping speed selected. We may need to split orders containing multiple items into multiple shipments based on availability.
We pack and ship purchases with care. Nevertheless, mistakes and damage can occur during shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any missing, damaged, or defective items on the carrier’s delivery record to facilitate any returns or exchanges. Contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure events or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
